Troy L. Dietrich
Troy’s practice is focused on civil matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, and automobile accident claims. He also handles real estate, probate, trust, contract, and general business cases. He has successfully conducted several civil trials and has written winning appellate briefs. At Griffin, Dietrich & Elliott, Troy utilizes his litigation experience to advocate for those who have been injured or wronged by the actions of others.
Mr. Dietrich is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, 43rd Judicial Circuit Bar Association, Clay County Bar, Clinton County Bar and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Cale A. Griffin
Cale is the sixth attorney in three generations of his family. After graduating from Cameron High School, he graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City with his Bachelors in Business Administration. Cale graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2012.
Cale’s practice is focused on representing clients in all stages of criminal proceedings, criminal record expungement and removal from the sex offender registration. He also practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate litigation. He is a trial attorney and vigorous litigator, successfully conducting both criminal and civil trials. Cale has also successfully argued cases in the Western District Court of Appeals. Cale will zealously represent his client’s interest no matter what legal issues are thrown in their path.
Cale is admitted to practice law in the State of Missouri and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Cale is a Member of the Missouri Bar Association, Clay County Bar and Clinton County Bar. He is the current Vice President of the Clinton County Bar Association. He is also a board member of the Cameron YMCA.
Cale married his wife Laura in 2011 and they have three children. When not practicing law, you can usually find Cale camping or fishing with his family. Cale looks forward to serving his community and representing people throughout Northwest Missouri.
